The authors of „Equity and Discrimination in Human Resources Management” invite us to reflect and integrate a set of essential European topics regarding morality, equity or discrimination in the work field, in the practice of Human Resources Management in Romania respectively. The main goal of this book is to guide us in identifying actions which can be carried out in order to fight discrimination at the work place, to elaborate appropriate policies and codes of conduct that include specific norms for each organization and for each work place.
