Regional economy. Theories, models, policies

This new course of regional economy was developed especially for students of Public Administration from the Faculty of Management, The Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
It offers students the essential elements to acquire the theoretical, conceptual foundations on strategies and regional policies, coupled with details of current regional policy at European level in Romania.
From the stories of students, such knowledge often made the difference in competitions attended to obtain positions of experts in managing these funds.
Therefore, the manual may be useful for students from other specialties, as well as for practitioners wishing to broaden their perspective and understanding the economic approach with its regional dimension, besides the "classical" macro and micro.
