The author approaches problems related to the change management and the challenges of the transition from communism to capitalism. The book is structured in a series of chapters which analyze the theoretical problems as well as the juridical and economic aspect of the transition process. Beside the analysis of the evolution of the privatization process in Germany, the evolution of the Romanian privatization process is also presented, as well as the changes into the Labour Code, that was modified in order to correspond with the needs of a market economy. A thorough research is also described, regarding the evolution of the perception towards work within the companies in Romania, and the way the Romanian workers mentality changed.
