Object Oriented Modeling

The purpose of present paper is to present the analysis and design methods object-oriented used in software development with focus on UML (Unified Modeling Language) and on USDP (Unified Software Development Process).
Using object-oriented modeling is one of the prerequisites to achieve software quality, according to international standards. Also, is necessary to obtain personalized informatic applications in accordance with the requirements of each organization and to ensure, at the same time, the increase the economic efficiency of its activity.
This book is useful and is targeted to both students and specialists in modeling software systems, who want to know and use UML and USDP process. The volume presents basic concepts and general features of the standard version for language and unified process.
