Fundamentals of educational management

School was, is, and probably will remain for a long time the main institution specialized in training human resources in a country – says the author, even from the beginning of the book.

Students, and not only they, can find various topics related to educational management, starting with its definition, management education in Romania during the transition period, managerial self tests (test for determining leadership potential, for example), change management processes, implementation of school reforms. There are also chapters dedicated to important issues such as: communication management, time management, stress management, what causes waste of time and some methods  for the optimal use of time. Also the work  contains chapters on school evaluation and inspection (its organization, stages, methods of training).
