This book addresses to the students from the Faculties of Administration and Public Management and Economic Cybernetics, Statistics and Informatics.
The author deals with specific issues of contemporary sociological discourse, who wants to crystallize the idea of diversity of human specific ways of living. These themes concern, on the one hand, the emergence and development of sociology as a science, and the sociological methodology and, on the other hand, the basic elements of social structure. Interactions between people are creating values, symbols, but the ways of structuring and understanding these may be radically different from one society to another. The enculturation process shows that every individual assimilates/ internalize values, norms, behaviors, etc. of the group in which he lives or, in sociological language, the culture of that group.
The diversity of the world picture is probably the most profound image of man. Family, groups, organizations, society, urbanization, culture, globalization, etc. are analyzed not only in theoretical terms, but rather through the correlation with real life, from the direct implications which they have on humans as social beings.
