Practical Romanian Course: Oral and Written Communication

This textbook is one to be used by the foreign students who attend the Preparatory year for Romanian Language organized by Bucharest University of Economic Studies. It is conceived as an instrument to be used in the classroom, in a communication course, one that will help students reach, after one semester of studying Romanian as a foreign language, an A2-B1level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Moreover, it is an instrument to be used by the students in their day-to-day interaction with their colleagues and professors, but also in real-life contexts, such as, describing oneself and one’s family when meeting new people, or conversations in restaurants, supermarkets, or a hospital.
