Grids collection for business law

The work contains 330 knowledge verification tests of the subject business law, the majority being tests of type T1 (grid), but also a few tests of type T2 (opened questions), all being followed by the correct answer and preceded by an introductive section that contains: mnemonic (the subject or institution approached by the test) the number of variants, as well as the type of test (T1 or T2).

The business law institutions that constitute the essence of the questions are varied: from the introductive aspects regarding the juridical norm and the roots of law, the parts of the juridical report of business law, including the professional notion, the rights and obligations of the parties, the notion and classification of goods, until the general theory of the agreement, according to the New Civil Code, special agreements and extinctive prescription.

Also, the work approaches aspects regarding the goodwill, the constitution and operation of the commercial companies. 

The work firstly addresses as work instrument for students, but also for teachers.
