The handbook Basic Finance is designated for the students of the Faculty of Business Administration in Foreign Languages (FABIZ) of the Bucharest Economic University.

The first chapters present the tasks and functions of public finance, expenses and revenues, public loans and debt as well as the budgetary system.

The second part deals with the aspects of the fiscal system as well as the main types of taxes.
