Economic and Financial Analysis in Agro-Food Organizations. Case Studies

The paper "Economic and Financial Analysis in Agro-Food Organizations. Case Studies" complies the discipline "Economic and Financial Analysis in Agro-Food Organizations" to be taught in the academic year 2018-2019, on the 1^st semester, to the third year students of the Faculty of Agro-Food and Environmental Economics, within The Bucharest University of Economic Studies.

The present book meets a modern, easy, pleasant education style, in which the study of economic and financial analysis is done in an attractive way.

This work contains five case studies, which are conducted for agri-food economic entities (ZAREA SA, CAFEA FORTUNA SRL, BOROMIR PROD SA, SC AMYLON SA, SC BERMAS SA,) and cover entirely the topics of the seminars included in the Syllabus.

In the last decades, using case studies for teaching has enjoyed a steady increase popularity, being recognized as one of the most effective active learning methods.
