Innovation in the knowledge economy. The impact of sustainable practices in tourism enterprises

This book brings forth new theoretical and empirical contributions by: analyzing and corroborating concepts concerning the role of knowledge-intensive services, the creation of value within this economic sub-sector as well as creating the optimal framework for the development of new business models; identifying the main indicators that are recommended to be tracked and followed by service and tourism enterprises towards the development and adaptation of their activity in the shared economy.
