Information Systems for training and research in the legal field of economic

The work of Mr. Lecturer Cristian Uscatu, PhD, is inscribed in the collection "Informatics". The objective of the paper is theoretical foundation and design a system of legal education and research in legal economic field. This area has a special dynamic. Society is always changing, which must adapt and we need to control. Company response – means to control these changes – is the law. Because of the specialization normative acts, the professionals in the field are forced to specialize on more narrow areas (taxes, import-export, establishment of companies, etc.). In addition to domestic legislation, in many areas (especially economic – international trade for example) is necessary to know and respect other normative systems: international norms and rules of the partner countries.
The need for rapid consultation and organized retrieval of references has led to the need for implementation of systems. Electronic archives have a capacity of storage and data retrieval superior than those classical.
The book is particularly useful, target audience is composed both of people who are preparing for strictly legal, and of those who are preparing for other areas, but require minimum legal knowledge (economic, social).
