This handbook deals with basic issues concerning this field: the necessary of capital, the optimization of capital structure, the entrepreneurial financing on various terms, methods of investments calculation, financial planning of the firm.

 

It serves as a teaching support for students of the Academy for Economic Studies, Faculty of Business Administration, learning this discipline in German.

 

About 500 German key words and expressions are being translated into Romanian, and the handbook uses a large and up-to-date literature.
