An important feature of pollution is damaging the quality of life. The environmental protection has appeared and concerns in the application of the means used for preventing, diminishing and eliminating the discomfort and hurting.
The hurting is an action that has a significant risque for human health or can indirectly trouble the people by means of their natural, cultural and economic patrimony.
