The paper is the first on the topic of romanian literature specialist. It exploit a rich bibliography, mostly of german, regarding the trends, schools and economic theories of the years 1820-1945. Among economists presented on this work are included well-known personalities of economic and universal thinking, such as Karl Marx, Max Weber, F. List, G. Schmoller, A. Wagner, J. A. Schumpeter, W. Sombart, L. Mises and many others.
