Edited by the Law Department of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies since 2011, "Juridical Tribune - Tribuna Juridica" Journal aims to become, through the content of published materials, a standard of scientific research in the legal field.
The manuscripts received for publication in the Juridical Tribune Journal will be revised using the „double blind” peer review system, respecting international standards of scientific journals. The evaluation of the articles is done by the members of the Editorial Board together with the external reviewers of this journal.
This journal encourages the publication of scientific articles with international relevance which present comparative researches, promote interdisciplinarity in the juridical sciences (presents aspects of sociology of law, philosophy of law, law and economics, criminology, public administration etc.), combine theoretical with empirical analysis within some case studies and benefit from a solid bibliographic base. The analyzed concepts must reflect the right as dynamic phenomenon which influences the social system, causing many interferences and connections impacting the evolution of society.
